What can you tighten your OODA-loop - at Brigade level? At Battalion level? At company level? At platoon-level? At squad-level?
Verily I say unto you: Counterguerilla operations - at the TACTICAL level, are won with extremely tight platoon-level and company - level OODA loops. At the STRATEGIC level, you have to have a tighter OODA-Loop all along the spectrum.
This is easy to say, but extremely difficult to do in practice.
