Cease fire with Al Qaeda?

Meaningless as far as actual fighting goes. It's a former jehadi with one of al-Queda's Egyptian progenitors, not someone active with al Queda proper. Looks like a move by a group roughly aligned with the Fadlist trend, IE, the theorists & more politically-minded politician-terrorists who've decided that nihilistic atrocity isn't the way to convince people.
