Another phony veteran outed 
This time a school board member in Lawrence, Massachussetts.

But don't question his patriotism!
 
Actually, I don't question his patriotism. I question his character, but I don't think his decision to do this reflects on that one way or another. You can be a phony vet and still love your country.

You're just a loser.

This one takes the cake. In addition to claiming to have been awarded the CMoH, he has the balls to claim that ...the Stolen Valor Act of 2005, under which water board member Xavier Alvarez was charged, is incompatible with the First Amendment because it restricts free speech by criminalizing false claims of military honors.

I'm not a lawyer, and I usually don't try to play one on TV or the 'net for that matter, but huh? bubba and his lawyer are about to get an education on what speech is not protected. If lying about other people, companies or products isn't protected, I don't see how lying about yourself is.
