Top 10 Movies About World War II

Generally in agreement but he needs to squeeze Stalag 17 in there and bump one out. I think The Dirty Dozen is overrated; it would not make my top 10.
I'm going to be even more radical and throw out "Saving Private Ryan" which, after the 1st 15 minutes, is pretty much nothing. Except for that brutal knife-fight scene. Otherwise it was hideously predictable.
I guess I wouldn't include it in the top 10, but I liked "Thin Red Line" but then, I actually read the novel, and if Malik had been stayed closer to that, you really would have heard screaming from those commenters.
