When Freelance Writing Sucks
When we have to deal with deadbeat publishers like this.
...And this is funny, too. The best part is when the attorney the deadbeat publisher threatens WritersWeekly with turns out to be fake.
Though it was pretty easy to tell this guy was no attorney.

If I'm reading this correctly, this guy says he doesn't owe any money to the writers because nothing has yet been "published". According to him, putting it on the Internet isn't "publishing".
Yet libel is "defamation that is published".
So it's not publishing when he does it, but it IS publishing when writersweekly does it?
