Jill Carroll: Anti-American Chomskyite?
Maybe.
It would help explain why she was released. And I wouldn't be surprised if her experience in captivity with a gun pointed at her head didn't help her reassess some of her possibly romantic assumptions about the Moojies, or her ignorant assumptions about her own country.
Nevertheless, even Anti-American Chomskyite pinkos don't deserve to have their heads cut off on camera, and I'm glad she's home.
I'm sure the Christian Science Monitor doesn't want her running off at the mouth, though.
