Just coming off my battle captain shift. A couple of soldiers came in and said "Hey, we got Saddam! It's on CNN!!!"
Keeping my fingers crossed. That'll be great news.
Reaction from the troops varies:
"This will make the whole trip worthwhile"
"Awesome."
"Man, why couldn't it have been US?"
"Will it get us home earlier?"
