Attack of the Evil Accident Investigator
I've been assigned as the investigating officer for an accident in which a soldier apparently made some unauthorized usage of a government satellite phone.
Soon, SOON, I will have a staff of 40 investigators and a budget of millions and millions of dollars!!!!!
With any luck we will uncover the whole sorry incident's roots in a corrupt land deal in Texas, and my lurid and salacious report will sell hundreds of thousands of copies!
