Seriously, next time someone tries to tell you that Saddam was "no threat to us," ask them what would falsify their hypothesis. Then ask them if it could be shown that Saddam attempted to recruit volunteers from within the Iraqi Armed Forces to conduct suicide missions specifically against American interests, if that would show that Saddam was a potential threat.
Then show them this.
