Why Are Reporters So Stupid? Part Deux
According to Bob Drogin, another pseudojournalist at the LA Times,

The Bush administration, which went to war primarily to disarm the Baghdad regime of suspected illicit stockpiles, has not previously disclosed that the insurgent groups that have emerged and steadily expanded since Hussein's ouster are trying to develop their own crude supplies of such deadly agents as mustard gas, ricin and the nerve gas tabun.

Excuse me Bob, but why should the Bush Administration need to "disclose" something that, to any casual observer, is already self-evident?

I mean, do you still need your mommy to cut your meat into little bite-sized chunks for you, too?

Well, apparently, you do. Or you would have known that the Administration HAD disclosed that the insurgents are seeking chemical weapons. I mean, the Washington Times found out last June.

Insurgents in Iraq are seeking chemical arms and expertise left over from the regime of Saddam Hussein for possible use against U.S. and allied troops, an intelligence official in Iraq said yesterday.

Splash, out
